All content on odysseyrise.co including but not limited to the Odyssey Rise name, logo, wordmark, product designs, photography, and written content is the property of Odyssey Rise LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Odyssey Rise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
